Automation 101
Learn the value of automation and the basics of Ansible Automaton. How the components work and are used to automate basic tasks. Then you will progress to more enterprise topics such as understanding inventory and credential management, projects, job templates, surveys, workflows, and more. In addition, the instructor will provide information on the differentiation between the upstream project and the product offering from Red Hat®. This workshop is geared toward systems administrators, cloud administrators, architects, developers, tech leads, operations engineers, DevOps engineers, and others

Intended For:
These workshops are intended for agencies who want to understand why Cloud Modernization, DevSecOps, Digital Transformation, etc., begin with automation. Automation gives agencies a competitive advantage by having processes that are repeatable, predictable, shareable, and less risky (by removing manual and error-prone activities).

During these workshops you will:
  • Learn how Ansible Tower will enable you to create playbooks, while building in security
  • Deploy with native docker images as well as using OpenShift to create docker images for a Node.js based website. You will also be leveraging the power of OpenShift to build, deploy, scale, and automate
